Can my logo be turned into a pin?
Yes, most simple logos, initials, letters, symbols, and brand marks can be turned into custom metal pins. Clean vector-style artwork works best. Please check our image/design guidelines before ordering to make sure your logo is suitable for this cut-out metal style.
Can I have all the colors from my logo on the pin?
No, these custom logo pins are made in one single metal finish only, such as Gold, Silver, Rose Gold, or Black. Some internal details may be laser engraved in black, or white engraving on black pins. For full-color designs, please check our custom enamel pins instead.
Will I receive a mockup before production?
Only if you request one. You can mention in the order notes that you need a mockup before production, or email/chat with us after placing the order. If no mockup is requested, we may begin production right away. If we need any extra information from you, we will contact you.
Can I get a mockup before placing an order?
Yes, you can send your logo through chat or email and we can provide a mockup. However, priority is given to paid orders. We recommend placing the order and requesting a mockup in the order notes. If the mockup is not what you expected, you can request changes or cancel before production begins.
What happens if I request a mockup?
If you request a mockup, we will send a design mockup by email for your approval before production begins. Please check your email regularly, as delays in approval may delay your order. If we do not receive a response to the approval email within 2 weeks, we may proceed with production or cancel the order at our discretion.
How do I upload my logo?
There is an upload field below the color/finish options on the product page. You can drag and drop your file or select an image/PDF from your device
What if I cannot upload my logo?
If you are facing issues with upload field, you can email your logo to support@clavermont.com or send it through the chat button in the bottom-right corner of the website.
Are these pins engraved or cut out?
It depends on your logo. These pins are usually made in a cut-out metal style, where the open/white areas in the mockup are negative space. Some intricate details may be laser engraved depending on your logo/design.
Can I make changes after approving the mockup?
Once production begins, changes usually cannot be made. Please review the mockup carefully before approval, including size, finish, cut-out areas, and any engraved details.
What size can I choose for my custom pin?
Most custom logo pins are made around 1–2 inches wide, but larger sizes may be available for an additional cost. You can mention your size requirements in the order notes field.
How can I discuss my design or project with you?
You can contact us through the Contact Us page in the bottom menu and fill out the form with your design details. You can also email us directly at support@clavermont.com with your logo, artwork, and any special requirements.
