Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive an order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. During peak periods or sales, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, and international orders within 7–21 business days, once shipped.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
International Shipping & Customs
We may ship internationally. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
Delays, Lost or Damaged Parcels
