At LuxePins we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at hamzahamza03472@gmail.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items such as sale items, gift cards, and personalised or custom products cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions about a specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
